We understand that things happen, and sometimes it’s necessary to change plans.  However, as we are a small business, late cancellations affect us greatly – we’re not always able to fill a room if a guest cancels at the last minute.  For that reason, for reservations cancelled fewer than 5 days prior to arrival, we will charge a fee equal to 50% of your room fee.  There is no charge for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival.
